PURCHASE PROCESS & FAQs

Once you select your unit, a fully refundable commitment fee of 10% is required to secure your villa. The villa will be held for two weeks while the deposit is being processed.

40% deposit payment upon signing sales contracts, 20% after completion of Instastr & Foundation, 20% main construction completion, and 10% upon property handover. 
Prices and payments do not include transaction fees.

Construction of the first phase of villas will begin in November 2024.

Delivery of the first phase of villas will be in December 2025.

The fee for the full turn-key management of your property is 30% of booking fees.
