Once you select your unit, a fully refundable commitment fee of 10% is required to secure your villa. The villa will be held for two weeks while the deposit is being processed.

40% deposit payment upon signing sales contracts, 20% after completion of Instastr & Foundation, 20% main construction completion, and 10% upon property handover. 
Prices and payments do not include transaction fees.

Leasehold: Leasehold allows foreigners to lease the land for up to 30 years (extendable). You own the building, but not the land, making it a flexible option

Construction of the first phase of villas will begin in November 2024.

Delivery of the first phase of villas will be in December 2025.

Yes, the villa will be delivered fully furnished and ready to use.

Yes, all villas in the development and design are the same. However, the villa sizes vary, with options for 4 or 3 bedrooms.
